ClickSnap is an open and private visual capture workspace built directly into Chromium browsers. Unlike older extensions that charge recurring subscriptions for basic editing or upload your confidential screenshots to remote third-party servers, ClickSnap executes 100% in your browser memory and IndexedDB.

Why We Built ClickSnap
We kept getting the same navigation bar stamped across our full-page captures, then opening another app to blur an API key and add arrows. ClickSnap does both in one extension, and keeps the images on your computer.

Annotate captures with numbered step counter badges (1, 2, 3...), irreversible canvas pixelation / privacy blur for PII, high-contrast arrows, rounded rectangles, freehand pens, and clean SaaS text markers.
Social Mockups & Multiformat Export
