Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the ClickSnap Chrome extension, accessing the web studio at clicksnap.live, or downloading any affiliated assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
2. Permitted Use & License Grant
ClickSnap grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to use the extension and studio for personal, commercial, educational, and business screenshot capture, annotation, and presentation purposes.
3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
- Your Intellectual Property: You retain 100% full copyright and ownership of all screenshots, graphics, annotations, and mockups created using ClickSnap.
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use ClickSnap to capture copyrighted materials without proper authorization or violate applicable data privacy and copyright laws.
- Client-Side Processing: You acknowledge that all image stitching and processing occur locally on your hardware.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS (SARANGAN RAVIRAJ & SAHANA RAVICHANDRAN) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.
5. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to improve, modify, or update features in ClickSnap to maintain compatibility with new Chrome Manifest versions and browser standards. Continued use of ClickSnap after updates constitutes agreement to updated terms.
